Verify is headed-up by Gary Jones who brings over 35 years’ experience in collections and field services across all sectors. He has a vision to revolutionise the way clients reconnect with their customers using an omni-channel, data-driven approach to achieving best in class solutions, whilst keeping the customer at the centre of all business processes.

Karl Humphries, Director of Field Operations
With over 20 years experience within the debt recovery industry covering many areas including magistrate court fines, council tax, commercial rent, and nine years specifically in the Utility debt industry specialising in field services, Karl is now driving a new approach to customer verification and reconnection at Verify.

Marco Pace, Business Development Manager
Marco has worked in the debt recovery sector for more than 33 years with extensive experience in both consumer and commercial utilities amongst other sectors and expertise ranging from early arrears management through to collections, legal, field and debt purchase.

Bronia O’Regan, Head of Client Management 
Bronia has over 15 years Leadership experience and brings a proven track record of driving service excellence and building strong, strategic client partnerships. 

Jon Freel, Business Development Manager
John brings over 40 years of industry experience, with deep expertise in Debt Sale, Field Visits and Reconnections, as well as BPO and Contingent (Consumer & Commercial) Collections. He is dedicated to expanding and enhancing the Group’s Field Services offering, while also supporting and complementing the broader range of services across Verify.

Rebecca has over 20-years operations experience in the industry. Ensuring the seamless execution of our operations and the achievement of our strategic objectives. With extensive experience in process optimisation, resource management, and cross-functional coordination.
